CVC Storybooks
CVC Storybooks are intended to be used by teachers in primary classrooms. They were created to help teachers teach consonant-vowel-consonant decoding, blending, segmenting, and word recognition.
Teachers may make as many copies as needed for the students in their class to use at school and at home. Lesson Plans and a two-page follow up Independent Practice Worksheet for each booklet are also included in these attractively bound Blackline Master sets.

These books would be great for kindergartners, but they also work really well with my low first graders. The drawings are funny and the kids really love reading them. They want to color them too.
